How I Got Here
I didn't start as a coach. I started as an operator, multiple times.
My first business was built on hustle. I was the bottleneck. Every decision, every sale, every delivery went through me. Revenue grew, but so did the hours. I was trading time for money at a premium rate, but I was still trading time.
The breakthrough came when I realized: The business doesn't need a better operator. It needs better systems.
I started documenting everything. Building SOPs. Hiring for delivery instead of tasks. Installing frameworks that let the business run without me making every decision. And eventually, I sold that business, because it didn't need me anymore.
That took 18 months. £200K in revenue. A clean exit.
Then I built another. This time, I installed the systems from day one. I didn't wait to hit the ceiling. I built for scale from the start. 5 years later, I had a £1.9M business, and I sold it too.
That's when the pattern became clear: Every successful exit happens because the founder isn't required.
I kept building. I started speaking. Teaching the frameworks I'd used to scale. And operators kept asking the same question: How do I do this in my business? That's why I built the Four Engines Framework.
